Tournaments / Competitions

Tae Kwon Do tournaments offer an exciting way to sharpen your skills. Alpha students are encouraged to attend local, regional & national competitions as well as in-house throwdowns where you can pit your top form against all comers.

Traditional tournaments include the following events:

  • Forms
  • Breaking
  • Sparring

Competition Team

This past year we helped students learn how to succeed in competition by travelling as a group to local Tae Kwon Do tournaments. Check out the results:

April 2007: Marlborough, MA
