Waiver Form
In order for a child to participate in the party acitivities, we must have a signed waiver from their parent or guardian by the day of the party.

 

 

 

Birthday Parties

Are you looking for a truly unique celebration for your child's birthday? Alpha Tae Kwon Do Academy will provide you, your child, and up to 19 of his or her friends with a memorable experience in a fun environment. Give them something to talk about for years to come.

Please feel free use our printable invitations ! And don't forget to send a required waiver form with each one.

Make sure to reserve your party time at least a month in advance; we are always booked to capacity.
